Activating or Deactivating a Webhook

Note: only users with the Site Administrator or Integration Administrator user role can manage webhooks.

You can activate or deactivate a webhook in the Webhooks section of HotDocs Advance, accessed through the Administration section.

To deactivate a webhook

  1. In the Administration section, click Manage webhooks Manage webhooks
  2. From the list of webhooks, select the webhook you wish to edit.
  3. In the Details pane, click EditEdit.
  4. Slide the toggle between Active and Inactive.

The webhook status is updated.
