Configuring iManage Work to Connect with HotDocs Advance
You can configure iManage to allow Advance to connect with iManage. This enables your users to save assembled documents to your organization's iManage Work application.
Some of the following instructions refer to actions within the iManage environment and were correct at time of publication but may since have changed.
You must have an iManage Work administrator role to configure iManage.
To configure your cloud iManage Work application
Please follow the steps outlined in iManage's documentation under Adding an Application Package for Adding a Package Manually.
To configure your on-premise iManage Work application
In iManage Work:
- Navigate to the iManage Control Center.
- Under settings, click Application.
- In the upper-right corner, click Add Application.
- In the search text box, type AbacusNext - HotDocs Advance.
- Select this option when it appears.
- Click Authentication.
- In the authentication step, set Allow Refresh Token to Yes.
- Click Access.
- In the access step, select All Users.
- Click Review.
- Click Finish.
Advance is now connected to iManage Work.
