Resending a Client Interview

You can resend a client interview if, for example, the link expired or was lost.

To resend a client interview

  1. Select the work item for which you created the interview
  2. In the work item action bar, click Client InterviewResend.
  3. Click Resend.

Your email client opens displaying a template email with a link.

You can edit the email before sending. Do not edit the link.
