Creating a Public Interview Link
A public interview link enables you to gather data from an unknown external user, such as a prospect. When you create a public interview link, Advance generates a link to the interview which you can place on your website.
Prerequisites
Public interview links are an additional feature of Advance. Interviews accessed through public interview links are charged as part of a client interview subscription quota. Contact your account manager if you would like to add client interviews, including public interview links, to your Advance subscription.
- You must have the Site Administrator role
- Client interviews application must be installed at Root
To create a public interview link
- In the Administration section, select Public interview link.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, click Create new link.
- Type a new public interview link Name.
- In the Work group drop-down list, click a work group.
- In the Template drop-down list, click a template.
- Select the Active checkbox to make the link public.
- Click Create.
The public interview link shows in the table.
