Editing a Tenancy User from the Root Application
You can edit a tenancy user from the Advance root application, rather than logging into the specific tenancy to which the user is allocated. This is useful if you need to update e-mail addresses for users or review which users have Site Administrator roles.
To edit a tenancy user
- Log into the Advance Root Application
- Click Manage Tenancies.
- Click Details next to the tenancy in which you want to edit a user.
- Click the List users link.
- Click the Edit user link next the user you want to edit.
- Enter the following information into the Edit Tenancy User form:
- First name – the first name of the user (you cannot edit this property for an Active Directory user)
- Last name – the last name of the user (you cannot edit this property for an Active Directory user)
- Email address – the email address for the user (you cannot edit this property for an Active Directory user)
- Select or deselect the checkboxes to add/remove the roles for the user:
- Select the Active checkbox to make the user active; inactive users cannot log in to the tenancy.
- Click Save.
The user's details are now updated.
