Upload Plugin Overview

To upload templates from HotDocs Developer to HotDocs Advance, you require the Advance Upload Plugin. This plugin allows template authors who are working in HotDocs Developer to upload their templates to HotDocs Advance.

Overview

The Advance Upload Plugin enables template authors using HotDocs Developer to upload their templates to Advance.

Only Advance users with the Author administrative role require the Advance Upload Plugin.
You must have a valid license for HotDocs Developer 11.
Ensure you are using the appropriate version of the plugin by checking the release notes.

Workflow

Install the HotDocs Advance Plugin.

Once you have installed the plugin, you need to configure the plugin (see Next steps below) to enable uploading to HotDocs Advance.

Right-click on a template in the library, then choose Upload to HotDocs.
