Uploading an Answer File to a Work Item

When you create a new work item, you can upload an answer file to use as a set of initial answers for the new work item.

To upload an answer file from your computer

  1. Select the Upload an answer file or answer package option.
  2. Click Choose file.
  3. Navigate to an answer file on your computer.
  4. Select the answer file.
  5. Click Open.

Your answer file is uploaded to your new work item.

To upload an answer file from your iManage Work application

  1. Select the Retrieve answer file from iManage option.
  2. Click Search iManage.
  3. Navigate to an answer file from your iManage instance.
  4. Select the answer file.
  5. Click Select.

Your answer file is uploaded to your new work item.

When you click Search iManage, you will be asked to authenticate your access to iManage.
