Configuring Advance for Multi-Template Work Items
Multi-template work items allow users to attach more than one template to a single work item. Before users can use this feature, an administrator must enable it at work group level.
API 1.1 doesn't support or return multi-template work items; use API 2.0 instead.
Multi-template work items don't yet support iManage integration, public interviews, action links or versions.

To revert a work group to single-template
Reverting a work group to single-template requires you to first reduce every work item in the work group to a single template, and then disable the multi-template setting on the work group.
You must have a Site Administrator or Content Administrator role to configure a work group.
Step 1: For each work item in the work group, reduce it to a single template:
- Open the work item.
- Go to the Templates tab.
- Select Edit > Add/remove templates.
- Uncheck all templates except one.
- Select Save.
Step 2: Once all work items have a single template, disable multi-template on the work group:
- In the Administration section, click Manage work groups.
- Select the work group.
- Click Edit.
- Uncheck Multi-template work items.
- Select Save Changes.
Work items in the work group return to the standard interface. If any work item still has more than one template attached, the multi-template setting cannot be disabled until those work items are reduced to a single template.
