Once you create a work item, you or colleagues within the same work group can open a work item interview, update answers and generate new assembled documents.
If you open an interview and then navigate away from the interview page before clicking Finish, Advance saves any edits you make to your answers. In this case, the action bar displays a message alerting you to the unfinished interview in the work item. You can then choose to resume the interview and continue editing, or to abandon the changes and revert to the last assembled version of the documents.
