The following table lists all commands available to the HotDocs Advance installer. You run the commands in the Windows Command Prompt, in the bin folder of the Advance deployment files.

| Help | HdaInstaller [command] -h | Display help information for the Advance installer and its commands. |
| Install | HdaInstaller install | Install Advance to the local instance of IIS. See Install HotDocs Advance for more information. |
| Schema | HdaInstaller schema | Generates schema files to describe the JSON settings files for the Advance applications. These files tell you how the site settings files must be formed. See Generate schema files for more information. |
| Settings | HdaInstaller settings g|gu|u|d |
Generates and/or uploads site-specific settings files for a local installation of Advance. See Generate site settings for more information. |
| Settings: generate | HdaInstaller settings g | Generate the site-specific settings files. |
| Settings: generate and upload | HdaInstaller settings gu | Generate and upload the site-specific settings files. |
| Settings: upload | HdaInstaller settings u | Upload the site-specific settings files. |
| Settings: download | HdaInstaller settings d | Download the site-specific settings files. This enables you to backup the settings for your Advance sites as required. |
| Uninstall | HdaInstaller uninstall | Uninstall Advance from the local instance of IIS. See Uninstall HotDocs Advance for more information. |
