Deactivating a User Group

You can deactivate a user group in the Administration pane of HotDocs Advance.

You must have a Site Administrator role to deactivate a user group.

To deactivate a user group

  1. In the Administration pane, click Manage User GroupsManage user groups.
  2. From the list of user groups, select the User group you want to deactivate.
  3. In the Detail pane, click ResumeEdit.
  4. Slide the toggle between Active and Inactive.
The user group is now deactivated.
