Deactivating a Work Group

You can deactivate a work group in the Administration pane of HotDocs Advance.

You must have the Site Administrator or Content Administrator role to deactivate a work group.

To deactivate a work group

  1. In the Administration pane, click Manage Work GroupsManage work groups
  2. From the list of work groups, select the Work group you wish to edit.
  3. In the Detail pane, click ResumeEdit.
  4. Slide the toggle between Active and Inactive.

The work group is now deactivated.
