Resetting a Client Interview Passphrase

You can reset a passphrase for a client interview. For example, if your customer forgets the passphrase you can supply a new passphrase.

To do reset a client interview passphrase

  1. In the work item detail pane, click PassphrasePassphrase.
  2. Enter a new passphrase in the field.
  3. Click Save.

The passphrase is reset.

If you reset the passphrase to empty, the client will not be prompted to enter a passphrase.
