Adding a Logo to HotDocs Advance

You can add your company logo to Advance so that your logo shows in client interviews for branding purposes.

You must have a Site Administrator role to edit site settings.

Prerequisites

  • The default maximum file size for logos is 2MB.
  • JPEG and PNG file formats are supported.

Advance uses the filename as the alt text for the image.

To add your logo to Advance

  1. In the Administration section, click Site settingsSite settings.
  2. Under Logo, click Edit logo.
  3. Click to select a file.
  4. Navigate to the image you would like to upload.
  5. Click Save changes.

The Site Settings page displays your logo.

To remove your logo from Advance

  1. In the Administration section, click Site settingsSite settings.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click Open InterviewEdit settings.
  3. Under Logo, click Edit logo.
  4. Click Remove logo.
  5. Click Save changes.

The Site Settings page displays the default HotDocs logo.
