Refreshing a Work Group Default Answer Set

If the work group default answer set is updated, only new work items in the work group will use the new version. To update an existing work item, you can refresh the default answers.

To refresh the work group default answer set in your work item

  1. Open the work item's interview.
  2. Select the interview menu.
  3. From the drop down menu click Refresh work group default answers.
  4. (Optional) Edit the refreshed answers if required.
  5. Click Save.

The work group default answer set is refreshed in the work item.
