Activity Logs

The Activity Logs section of the Cloud Services Portal records details of all requests made to Cloud Services.

Activity Log Information

The Activity Log records the following information:

Item Name Description Example Data
Action The API method used in the request. GetInterview
Started The date and time the request was made. 5/25/2015 2:45:17 PM
Billing Ref The custom billing reference string used in the request. This is typically used to ExampleBillingRef
Package ID The ID of the template package file used in the request. 6d476eb3-2ffb-4a77-8ab5-2bfac500eac2
Sent Indicates if a package file was sent with the request, either:
  • True – a template package file was sent with request.
  • False – a template package file was not sent with the request.
 False
Package Size The size of the package file sent with the request.  
Client IP The IP address of the client making the request.  
Work    
Error Any error messages that occurred when making the request. This lists the HMAC parameters used when making the request.
