Using a Dialog to Display Only Dialog Element Text

You can create a dialog that contains text only and no variables. You must be aware of some constraints in doing this, however:

• If you want the dialog to appear during the interview, you must insert an ASK instruction in the template where you want the dialog to be asked.
• HotDocs considers a dialog with only dialog element text to be answered, so if a user completes an interview using the Next Unanswered button, HotDocs will skip the dialog. To force HotDocs to display it, select Always stop at this dialog when moving to next unanswered (Options tab).
