Login to the HotDocs Hub

To login to the HotDocs Hub:

1. Open the HotDocs Hub
2. Enter your login credentials:
• Email – can either be an email address or a username
• Password – the password associated with the user email.
3. Click Sign In. You are taken to the HotDocs Hub landing page.

Reset Password

If a user has forgotten their password, they can reset it using the following steps:

1. Open the HotDocs Hub
2. At the login screen, click the I forgot my password link
3. In the Email field, enter the e-mail address of the account for which to reset the password
4. Click Send E-mail
5. Check your e-mail for a Reset Password e-mail; this may take a few minutes to arrive
6. In the e-mail, click the Reset Password link
7. Enter a new password into the New Password field
8. Click Change Password. You can now log in to the HotDocs Hub with the new access credentials
