Set a Forward Publishing Date

You set a Forward Publishing Date when uploading a template to the HotDocs Hub from HotDocs Developer.

To set a Forward Publishing Date

1. Upload a Template from HotDocs Developer.
2. On the Template Upload page in the HotDocs Hub, select a Template.
3. Click the Edit Record button at the bottom of the Templates table.
4. Click the ellipsis button next to the Live From field.
5. Use the Date Picker to select a Date and Time.
6. Click Done.
7. Click Update.
8. Click Upload Selected or Upload All Templates to complete the Template Upload process.

When you view the Template in the Templates section of the HotDocs Hub, the status of the Template is set to Pending rather than Live.
