Relaunching a Work Item Interview

Once you create a work item, you can relaunch a work item interview to update your answers and generate new assembled documents.

To relaunch a work item interview

Note: if you delete the template used by a work item, you will not longer be able to launch interviews for the work item.

1. From the navigation bar or the home page, click Work items.
2. In the Work Items list, click the work item you want to relaunch.
3. Click Relaunch.
4. Make any changes you need to then click Finish to view a list of any assembled documents created during the interview.
5. Click Download next to each document you want to save to your computer.
6. To return to the Work Items page, click Continue.

Now when you view this work item's record page, you can see the latest assembled documents.

If you relaunch an interview and then navigate away from the interview page before clicking Finish, Hub can not save any edits you make to your answers and you will lose your current saved assembled documents. If you do accidentally relaunch an interview, you can click Finish without making any edits.
