Resetting a Password
You can reset a user's password by following the steps below.
To Reset a User Password
- Open the HotDocs Hub UI.
- At the login screen, click the I forgot my password link.
- In the Email field, enter the e-mail address of the account for which to reset the password.
- Click Send E-mail.
- Check your e-mail for a Reset Password e-mail; this may take a few minutes to arrive.
- In the e-mail, click the Reset Password link.
- Enter a new password into the New Password field.
- Click Change Password.
You can now log in to the HotDocs Hub with the new access credentials.
