Deleting a User

You can permanently delete a user account in the Users section of the HotDocs Hub.

To delete a user

Note: deleted users are permanently deleted from Hub; deleted users are not recoverable.

1. Open the HotDocs Hub UI.
2. Click Users.
3. Select each user you want to remove, using the checkbox next to each user in the Users table.
4. Click Remove User(s).
5. Click OK in the delete confirmation prompt, to permanently delete the user(s) from Hub.

HotDocs Hub permanently removes the user.
