Opening a Hub log file

Every HotDocs Hub application logs messages, such as error messages, to a log file.

To open a log file

1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS).
2. Navigate to Server > Sites > Default Web Site.
3. Right-click a Hub application; for example, HotDocsTemplateHubUi.
4. Select Explore.
5. Navigate to the Logs directory.
6. Open the log.txt file in a text editor.
