Opening a Hub log file
Every HotDocs Hub application logs messages, such as error messages, to a log file.
To open a log file
- Open Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Navigate to Server > Sites > Default Web Site.
- Right-click a Hub application; for example, HotDocsTemplateHubUi.
- Select Explore.
- Navigate to the Logs directory.
- Open the log.txt file in a text editor.
