Deleting a User Group

You can permanently delete a user group in the User Groups section of HotDocs Hub.

To delete a User Group

Note: deleted user groups are permanently deleted from Hub; deleted user groups are not recoverable.

1. Open the HotDocs Hub UI.
2. Click User Groups.
3. Select each user group to remove, using the checkbox next to each user group in the User Groups table.
4. Click Remove User Group(s).
5. Click OK in the delete confirmation prompt, to permanently delete the user group(s) from Hub.

HotDocs Hub permanently removes the selected groups. Users in the deleted groups are not deleted. You can reassign the users to other user groups.
