Users Overview

The Users section of the HotDocs Hub enables you to create and edit user accounts.

Users are individual user accounts used to login to the Hub. There are several user roles used by the Hub, each with different capabilities; for example, only users with a Tenancy Administrator role can create new users.

Using the Users section of the Hub, you can:

  • Create new user accounts
  • Edit user details, including name and user role

Common Tasks


You will typically create new users after initial configuration of HotDocs Hub is complete (including creation of template groups) and whenever you subsequently need to add new users. You can edit or delete users as necessary.

User Group access permissions for templates are assigned in the Template Groups section of HotDocs Hub.
