Searching a Workspace for a Template

To find a template in an workspace you can use the search field or the filter button to filter the full workspace contents list.

To search a workspace for a template using a search term

1. Open a workspace.
2. At the top of the left pane, in the Search... box, type a search term. The list filters in real time.
3. To clear your search results and return to the full list, in the Search... box click X.

To search a workspace for a template by template type

1. Open a workspace.
2. In the left pane, below the search, click the template type drop-down list.
3. Select a filter option from the Template type list:

• • All template types- Shows all DOCX templates, answer intakes, and plain text templates
  • DOCX templates- Shows only DOCX templates
  • Answer intakes- Shows only answer intakes
  • Plain text templates- Shows only plain text templates

4. (Optional) Click Include auxiliary templates if you would like to include auxiliary templates in your search.
