Deactivating a User Group

You can deactivate a user group in the Administration section of HotDocs Advance.

You must have a Site Administrator role to deactivate a user group.

To deactivate a user group

  1. In the Administration section, click Manage User GroupsManage user groups.
  2. From the list of user groups, select the User group you want to deactivate.
  3. In the Details pane, click ResumeEdit.
  4. Deselect User group active to deactivate.

The user group is now deactivated.
