Deactivating a User Group
You can deactivate a user group in the Administration section of HotDocs Advance. When a user group is deactivated, users within that group will be prevented from accessing any work groups the user group is part of. Deactivating a user group does not delete it, so it can be reactivated at any time if needed.
You must have a Site Administrator role to deactivate a user group.
To deactivate a user group
- In the Administration section, click Manage user groups.
- From the list of user groups, select the User group you want to deactivate.
- In the Details pane, click Edit.
- Deselect User group active to deactivate.
The user group is now deactivated.
