Collaborating on a Work Item
Once you create a work item, you or colleagues within the same work group can open a work item interview, update answers and generate new assembled documents. If you do not want other members of your work group to collaborate on your work item, you can choose not to share the work item.
You can only rename or change the sharing settings of a work item if you are the owner of the work item or an administrator.
If you navigate away from the interview page before you click Finish, Advance saves any edits you make to your answers. In this case, the action bar displays a message alerting you and other users with access to the unfinished interview.
Client Interviews
To collaborate with individuals outside of your organization you can send a client interview.
