Viewing Client and Public Interview Reports

You can create a client and public interview report showing which templates your users are using and how frequently they are being used.

You must have the Site Administrator role to view template reports.

Overview

You can download a report from Advance showing the information on client and public interview usage in your tenancy.

Column title Description
Date created The date a client or public interview link is created.
Is accessed Whether or not the link is opened by a user.
Date last accessed The date the client or public interview link is last accessed.
Date first accessed The date the client or public interview link is first accessed.
Created by The name of the user who created the client or public interview link.
Client email address The email address of the external user who completed the client interview.
Client first name The external user's first name.
Client last name The external user's last name.
Template name The name of the template used to create the client or public interview link. 
Work item name The name of the work item created by the user.
Is submitted Whether or not an interview is submitted.
Date submitted The date an interview is submitted.
Is revoked Whether or not the client or public interview link is revoked from access.
Date revoked The date the client or public interview link is revoked from access.
Is public interview Whether or not the interview link is a public interview link.

To view reports for your tenancy

  1. In the Administration section, click  Reports.
  2. Select Client and public interviews report.
  3. Click Generate to download the report.

The report is downloaded in CSV format. You can open the downloaded report file using an application on your own computer. For example, using a spreadsheet application.
