Viewing a List of Work Items

Advance displays a list of work items in each work group. From the list, you can view work item details, identify automatically-created work items, search and apply filters

To view a work item's details

1. From the Work groups section, select the work group.
2. Select a work item from the work item list.
3. In the Details pane, the work item's details are displayed.

You can use the search box and the filter function to control which work items are displayed in the work item list.

Identifying Automatically-Created Work Items

Automatically-created work items (created using the HotDocs API) are identified by a New icon appearing next to the work item's name.

Once created, automatically-created work items function in exactly the same way as those manually created through HotDocs Advance.
