Viewing a Report of All Tenancies

You can download tenancy reports from the Reports section of the Advance root application.

You can create a details of all tenancies report showing details of all tenancies in Advance. For example, you use this report if you want to view the email addresses of all Site Administrators for each tenancy.

You must have the Root Administrator role to view tenancy reports.

Overview

You can download a report from the Advance root application showing the following information:

Column title Description
Name The tenancy name.
Description A description of the tenancy.
Moniker The domain name for the tenancy.
All users The count of users with access to a tenancy.
Active users The count of users with an active account on a tenancy.
Maximum users Cloud only.
Created date The date a tenancy is created.
Tenancy active Whether or not the tenancy is active.
Deactivated date The date the tenancy is deactivated.
Scheduled deletion date The date the tenancy is due to be deleted.
Instance name Cloud only.
Customer ID (Optional) The identifier for the third-party application.
Client interview mode The state of client interviews for a tenancy (i.e., On-premise - Enabled by default in Advance root application).
CAS URL override The URL which overrides the Core Assembly Service.
Subscription start date Cloud only.

Client interview quota Cloud only.
Tenancy type The type of tenancy (i.e., Subscription, Trial, Internal, Other).
User last accessed The email address of the last user to access a tenancy.
User last accessed date The date a tenancy is last accessed.
SP last accessed The name of the last service principal which was used to authorize the use of an Advance API in a tenancy.
SP last accessed date The date of the last service principal which was used to authorize the use of an Advance API in a tenancy.
REST API enabled Whether or not the HotDocs Advance REST API is enabled in a tenancy.
Site administrators The email address of any Site Administrators with access to a tenancy.

To view all tenancies report

  1. Log in to the Advance Root Application.
  2. In the header, click Reports.
  3. Select Details of all tenancies report.

The report is downloaded in CSV format. You can open the downloaded report file using an application on your own computer. For example, using a spreadsheet application.
