Workflow to Set Up an Initial Tenancy
Once HotDocs Advance
is deployed, the next step is to prepare Advance
for your users. This requires you to create and configure a new tenancy.
Each deployment of Advance
will have at least one tenancy. A tenancy is an individual instance of
Advance within
your Advance
deployment, used to organize and enforce separation of data. For example,
a department within your organization may have their own tenancy, which
other departments do not have permission to access.
