Creating a Quick Group
You can create a new quick documents group in the Administration section of HotDocs Advance.
You must have a Site Administrator or Content Administrator role to create a new quick documents group.
To create a quick documents group
- In the Administration section, click Manage quick groups.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, click Create new quick group.
- Enter the following quick group details:
- (Required) Name – the quick document group's name.
- (Optional) Description – a description of the quick document group.
- Toggle Active/Inactive - to activate the group to template users.
- (Optional) Templates – assign templates to the quick document group.
- (Optional) Access permissions – assign user groups access to the quick document group. Users in the selected user groups can assemble the templates selected above.
- Click Create.
The new group appears in the Quick document groups list.
