Downloading and running Apache Directory Studio

You must download and run Apache Directory Studio before you can configure the installed ApacheDS instance.

Prerequisites

• Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 8 (Windows x86)
• ApacheDS 2.0.0 M20 (32-bit)

Download Apache Directory Studio

Apache Directory Studio is available from https://directory.apache.org/studio/. Version 2.0 is recommended.

To run Apache Directory Studio

1. Download Apache Directory Studio.
2. Extract the downloaded zip file.
3. Navigate to the extracted directory.
4. Run the ApacheDirectoryStudio.exe executable.
