Reset all user passwords

You can perform a mass password reset for all users in tenancy in the Edit Tenancy section of Hub.

The password reset function can only be used with Hub installations that do not use Active Directory

To reset all user passwords in a tenancy

Note: this action cannot be undone. After you reset the users' passwords, they will not be able to login to Hub again until the follow the steps to reset their password.

  1. Login to HotDocs Hub UI as a root administrator.
  2. Click Tenancy Admin.
  3. Click Manage Tenancy.
  4. Click the Reset button next to Reset all user passwords; a confirmation dialog appears.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the password reset for all users.

Hub sends an e-mail to all users in the tenancy informing them that they must reset their passwords. The e-mail contains all the necessary instructions for users to reset their password.
