Viewing Webhook Logs

Only users with the Integration Administrator or Site Administrator role can view and download webhook logs.

You can view webhook error logs in the Webhook Details pane. This feature enables administrators to quickly identify webhook failures and download logs for troubleshooting.

About Webhook Logs

Webhook logs include:

  • Timestamp when the webhook was triggered
  • Timestamp when the webhook error was logged

To view webhook logs

  1. In the Configuration pane, click  Manage webhooks.
  2. In the List pane, select a webhook; the Webhook Details pane opens.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the details list to view Last Error Logged:.
    • If no error logs exist, the label displays No errors logged.
    • If errors exist, the label displays the timestamp using the standard date/time format.
  4. If error logs exist, click Download Logs to save a .log file.
